Captain Zheltan Cravaun

A captain of the Libir Watchers’ enforcement division - the Watchers’ Arms.

Apprehended the party after their tussle with the Cheval collectors as Tira fired at them first. Tira persuaded Cravaun that they were totally innocent and that the party was attacked out of the blue.

A conjurer that was with Cravaun at the time of the squads apprehension cast detect thoughts as the captain was interrogating Tira, and would have learned of the scroll as well as the intentions of the Cheval collectors (and the fact that they were from Cheval)
