A symmetrical dagger with a particularly thick handle. A knurled switch under the hilt can be twisted in order to launch the dagger’s blade. The switch can be turned back to summon the blade back to the hilt.
The ballistic knife can be fired a total of 3 times a turn. The user can use an attack action, multiattack, and a bonus action to fire the blade.
The knife can be wielded as a melee weapon (1d4 slashing damage) or as a ranged weapon (1d4 piercing damage, magic). The weapon has a +1 to hit and damage.
