Nature of the Gods
The true gods of Cytgard have global/ring-wide influence. For example, during the Tiamat fight, you saw one god start to use an entire moon as a spell casting component and focus, and just the wind-up to casting the spell (which didn’t even go off) was felt by every single thing in the entire region, and probably witnessed on the entire other side of the Ring (tens of thousands of kilometers away). These entities are all in some way designed to keep balance in the world, and will go to the extremes if there is an extreme threat. They almost always work on huge scales, and designate smaller scale duties to subsidiaries. True Gods of Cytgard do not have Stat blocks because they are like forces of nature (e.g. You couldn’t fight the sun even if you wanted to. Nor could you fight a tsunami or earthquake).
True Gods are not usually known to strike down individuals. It’d be like a human trying to find and squish a single aphid on a tree. That duty is left to subordinates (associated demigods or deva).
Demigods are beings that are either created by gods, granted tremendous power by gods, or have assumed a level of power that is considered almost godlike by mortals (but not by the True Gods). These things do have Stat blocks, as they exist physically somewhere on or near the Ring. For example, there are many Outsider demigods, including Static Observance, or Gain Mod 1 and 2 (the power of these Modulators still can’t be compared to that of a True God like Mystra though who supposedly manages the entire weave in a region of space astronomical units in all dimensions). Elemental Dominion is a demigod created on the Inside of the Ring. Just because these things aren’t forces of nature or physics doesn’t mean they should be taken lightly though!
Stat blocks of some of the lower level demigods are probably between CR 14 and 18, mid levels are likely between 19 and 24, and the highest levels are likely between CR 25 and 36! And yet these entities have been extinguished by gods before. The lowest levels of demigods have been recorded to have simply been zapped out of existence by a ray of magic from the umbra when they’ve stepped too far out of line. There have been battles waged against the highest levels of demigods that have taken days or weeks. However, the reason it takes so long is simply because the Gods have to avoid damaging the Ring or causing an extinction event. (they can’t just swing moons around into the surface of the ring, or crank up the Sun’s output like a flamethrower. They gotta be more tactical than that)
