A 20m tall black tower discovered mostly buried below the ground by explorers from the village of Zelestar. Allowed them to amplify magical power beyond normal in the area and grow into a powerful mageocracy. The kingdom fell when the Modulator sunk back into the ground and fell out of the bottom of the ring and its properties faded.
In the same year that Gain Modulator Four fell through the world, Gain Modulator Negative Four (Name was never uncovered) - a white 20m tall tower came up through the same hole and depleted the magical energy in the area, cementing Zelestar’s ruin.
