The “Might Taker” or White Spire of Zelestar. It appeared after the “Might Giver” disappeared. It drained the entire region of mana, and caused an outbreak of Clear Death in the denizens that either wished to stay in Zelestar after it was drained, or did not have the means to leave.
There is no actual spire, it is an illusory inverted image in the ground - within the hole that the Black Spire left. Peering down into the hole causes a disorienting shift in perspective that makes it appear that the looker is looking up at the top of the tower from the bottom. The top of the tower appears to open out into space, and seems a lot closer than possible.
Static Observance has been seen on the other end of the tower somehow, gazing inward.
