Asheon Silvyr
Asheon was once a powerful wizard, whose lust for power eventually drove him to his own destruction. After stumbling upon what he believed to be the secret to immortality, he began a dark ritual - He attempted to combine a ritual recorded in a text found near the Northern Edge (which he traded for) with a what he had learned from his research.
The ritual was successful, after a fashion, as Asheon will no longer age. He is driven by an impulse to collect magic objects, in hopes that one may contain the secret to reversing his hideous transformation.
Present Day
His Nothic form was slain by the party within his own tower, and at least part of his soul was transferred to his Unfinished Phylactery. He does not retain many memories due to his time as a Nothic and due to the fact that the Phylactery is not properly constructed. His power is also significantly diminished (as that of a Demilich).
- He mainly wishes to undo the loss of his body. He wishes to possess his original body (which is long gone), but will settle for any sentient humanoid, and then try to jump as many times as it takes to find another silver Dragonborn body.
- Possessing someone allows him to use the power of a demilich
- He has a vague inclination to exacting revenge on the party that killed his body and pillaged his hoard, not realizing that they did him a favour by freeing him from his defiled form and his fate as a garbage collector.
