Maothao Rendai
Maothao has not been in port for months, but is known to do import and export to and from Ivorox mainly. He is a mid level ‘trader’ who has brought in a couple of higher profile hauls, including Seeder components, live chimeras, and significant portions of a set of Moonvault Armor (SN: 002).
Maothao is known to bounce between the western edge regions of Acidalia and Ivorox. Where he gets his goods from is anyone’s guess, but it’s likely that a decent proportion comes from buying or stealing from adventurers who set out from South Vista, Icelake, and the regions around the Inner Range.
Maothao is skilled at practical disguise as well as illusory disguise, and is quite difficult to track down. A sample of blood would make it significantly easier (The party has a drop of his blood on the record)
Pricil Nesseth suspects that Maothao fled to a western city after his big score with the armor. He comes to Ivorox every few months and causes problems for grey marketeers since he is a black market operator.
