Pricil Nesseth
Pricil Nesseth is a dragonborn with black scales. In the right light, the scales show glints of deep purples and navy blues. He’s got silver manacles on each wrist, a chain dangling from each side. He wears cheap looking clothes, his shirt has a few, barely noticeable holes in them. When we first meet him he is eating a piece of bread. He coughs as it gets stuck in his through a bit. He has a scar across one eye, the scar extends down to the mid of his muzzle. He looks tough and scary but he tends to be quite nice once you get to know him. He only show his tough side until he knows he can trust you. He speaks with a rasp, as if he damaged his vocal chords. If you want a job for a bounty, he’s the one to ask. If he doesn’t know something, he certainly knows who to ask.
