Middle aged Brass Dragonborn. Expedition co-ordinator of the RCHP. He handles the logistics/organization of the Guild’s sanctioned expeditions, as well as some of the funding accounting.
Akkar is not exactly on the straight and narrow, and occasionally bumps up or down the funding/equipment in exchange for favours from members (either on the expedition or in the TTMRA or RCHP). He is relatively discreet about this though.
Regarding Arkhana
He is curious about how it’s going. He will be surprised and suspicious if anything bad is mentioned about the expedition.
Akkar will want to keep any bad news about the expedition or Arkhana herself under wraps. He is getting a cut of her generous royalties for what they produce from this outing in exchange for increased funding and less strict report requirements.
