The Friendly proprietor of Rina’s Reliquary, a private library in Targos.
She is a chubby light blue tiefling with cold resistance and is an abberant mind sorcerer (can cast Detect thoughts at will).
Interactions Ike and Rina hit it off immediately and made love after reading spicy texts together
Tira was a repeat customer throughout the week of downtime. She tipped well and was very friendly.
Thelmea of House Lumien gave her 100 GP to expand her collection. She appreciated that someone was running such an operation.
Ike offered to take her to Cheval, which she was excited about. However, Ike was nervous about taking her at the time as it was a pretty dangerous situation. She is really excited at the prospect of visiting Cheval, a place that she’d only veer heard of in stories.
