Equestor Hex

New GM material

This page expands a place shown on World Maps. Geography and previously recorded events are kept where noted; the new characters, sites, and hooks are proposals until used in play.

Equestor Hex is the eastern floating junction on the route overlay, near Opryae and the channel toward Marmouth. Its wide service deck handles heavier cargo than most hexes. Kedra Sol, a dragonborn loadmaster, is exacting about weight and wants the party to observe a shipment that gains mass only after takeoff. Nim Tal, a human porter, knows where temporary crews sleep and believes one has vanished from every work roster. The Balanced Yard tests lift loads against calibrated stone. A cargo discrepancy threatens to ground several vessels unless someone identifies what is being transported.
